Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Postage
All orders are sent via Australia Post, registered mail or Express post.
Freight charges - $10 first item, $1 per item thereafter.
Customers should allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
Downloadable products
If you purchase a downloadable product we will send you an e-mail with a download ID upon receipt of your payment. To access your product/s, activate the link provided in your e-mail.
The maximum number of downloads allowed for each file is 3. You will be able to access the files for five days after the first download.
Payment methods
Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard. These cards will be processed online using Securepay.
Cheque: Cheques should be made out to Government Skills Australia. Please note your order will not be processed until the cheque has been received.
Returns, refunds and credits
Unopened goods purchased from Government Skills Australia may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. This may be done by completing a request to return form available here and faxing or e-mailing it back to us. Returns will be approved or rejected at the discretion of Government Skills Australia.
