GSA is always pleased to promote successful outcomes from the delivery of qualifications maintained by the Skills Council.
IP Australia undertook responsibility for providing Certificate IV in Government training to provide APS3 and 4 level staff in their Customer Operations Group with a better understanding of the public service environment and to develop their customer service skills. Engaging WISDOM learning to design and deliver the program, the below case study highlights a successful outcome.
