The Public Services Training Package, first developed in 1999 has now been reviewed, revised and substantially re-developed into the current version, PSP04 Public Sector Training Package to take account of the significant changes made to the earlier version.
Significant changes in the PSP04 Public Sector Training Package include the addition of competency standards and qualifications in the following key areas: Occupational Health and Safety; Border Protection; Community Engagement: Enterprise Architecture; Government Service Delivery; Injury Management; Public Land Administration; Public Affairs; Government Science and Technology; Government Security Management; and Road Transport Compliance.
